In Episode 7 we continued into the world of enterprise voice by discussing voice policies, calling features, PSTN usages and Routes. By now you should have a grasp of the fundamental concepts of Skype for Business Voice. In this episode we will be taking a closer look at Least Cost Routing (LCR) and also Location Based Routing (LBR). We are also joined by special guests Andrew Morpeth and Josh Blalock. Andrew, who is an Office Servers and Services MVP will be discussing his brand new and ground breaking Skype for Business tool – Call Flow Manager (CFM) that exposes the full features of Skype for Business Response Groups without you needing to understand the nasty PowerShell required to create complex workflows. Josh Blalock who is a leading community leader and speaker from the weekly Skype for Business Recap Youtube show will be joining us to talk about Hybrid and his latest additions to his Hybrid Handbook.

In this broadcast we will be using the Skype Broadcast Q&A for any questions you may have during the show.
My name is Andrew Morpeth and I am a unified communications consultant specialising in Lync. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, I have been working with Lync since 2007 when it was formerly known as Office Communications Server. I currently work for Lexel Systems who are a New Zealand market leader in all things Lync.
I have extensive experience with on-premises and hosted Lync solutions; involved in the first tenanted hosted Lync service in New Zealand with MHA Cloud Computing’s Managed Lync; and currently taking that experience further with Lexel Lync Online. My vast hosting experience has led to a love of PowerShell, gained over the many hours spent with it automating customer on-boarding processes.
Josh’s career has been all over the Microsoft map, but he has found his passion in Unified Communications, especially in the area of all-things-Hybrid. He is currently a Sr. UC Consultant at Integration Partners, and takes pride in staying active within the Skype for Business community. When he isn’t recording his weekly #Skype4BRecap webcasts, he enjoys hiking and wood-working. Links to Josh’s webcast, blog, and other resources can be found at http://www.get-csjosh.com.
